Antonio’s culinary journey began in his uncle’s kitchen in Foggia, nestled in Northern Puglia. It was here that he developed a deep passion for the art of Italian cooking, honing his skills and mastering traditional recipes passed down through generations. In January 2020, Antonio fulfilled his lifelong dream by opening Osteria Gente, a beloved Italian restaurant located in Vaughan, Ontario.
